Events Terms and Conditions
1. Participation Availability:
Participation slots for Birmingham Dogs Home Challenge Events are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. To secure a guaranteed participation slot, applicants must commit to raising a specified sponsorship amount as detailed on the event webpage.
2. Sponsorship and Donations:
All donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, irrespective of circumstances such as injury or inability to participate in the event. By agreeing to participate, you commit to raising a minimum sponsorship amount set by Birmingham Dogs Home. Sponsorship funds should be paid directly to Birmingham Dogs Home within the specified deadlines, failing which may result in forfeiture of participation.
3. Minimum Sponsorship Requirement:

5. Participant Conduct:
Participants represent Birmingham Dogs Home during the event and are expected to conduct themselves with consideration towards others. By entering the event, participants grant Birmingham Dogs Home permission to use any media captured during the event for promotional purposes.
6. Payment and Fundraising:
Sponsorship funds must be paid directly to Birmingham Dogs Home via specified methods, including cash, cheque, online platforms, or card payments. Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sponsorship funds raised.
7. Cancellation and Withdrawal:
Participants must notify Birmingham Dogs Home promptly if they wish to cancel their participation to allow for reallocation of slots. Participation slots are valid only for the specified event year and do not guarantee consideration for future events.
8. Fitness and Injury:
Participants must ensure they are in suitable physical condition to participate in the event. In case of injury or health concerns, participants should inform Birmingham Dogs Home promptly and refrain from participating unless completely fit to do so.
9. Agreement:
Registrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and any other individuals they register for the event. Registrants are responsible for ensuring all members of their group understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
