Dotty was found as a stray in the Solihull area. At around eight years old she was suffering with badly infected ears, was blind in one eye and had lots of benign lumps which needed to be removed. She was also suffering with lots of allergies.

Dotty was in a very poorly state and was feeling very sorry for herself. Dotty’s story was told on ITV Central News in December and melted the hearts of viewers, including the kind-hearted Evans family from Wolverhampton who stepped forward to offer Dotty a loving home where she is now living out her later years with the comfort and care she so deserves.
