Hi, my name is Dougie,

I am a playful boy and love my toys. I can be easily aroused and get boisterous and bounce off you. But I am getting used to things slowly. I can be a bit head shy so will need a patient home and someone that won’t be too forceful with me. I do love my food and lots of treats so this helps with my training. I am quite clever and can sit, give paw and lie down and would love to learn more.

Carer comments:

Dougie is a lively boy who will need a confident handler as he is very strong but does walk nice on a halti and will walk to heal on this. He will need several meets as he can be reactive around men and not keen on other dogs but is being muzzle trained for this. He can be a bit excessive with toys but is learning to toy trade and slowly getting better with new experiences like having his lead on. Dougie will need experienced owners who know the breed well.
