On arrival to the centre as a stray, Peaches was extremely matted and had multiple wounds. She has since been shaved of and her wounds have been treated. Peaches is very much a typical Chow Chow. She can be unsure at first but will ask for fuss when she trusts you. Because of this she needs new owners that will go at her pace and have experience with high maintenance breeds. She has had slow socialisation with staff and vets here at the centre so her personality is starting to blossom. She can be incredibly sweet with her canine carers and her confidence if improving everyday.

Peaches loves doing zoomies in our secure outdoor area and spends her kennel time playing with all her toys. She enjoys her walk and is very good on lead. She’s affectionate and will give kisses to her favorite people. Peaches will also greet other dogs nicely but can sometimes be timid of them. Due to this she is not suitable to live with other dogs but she can be slowly introduced out on walks.
