Meet Rolo! He is a vibrant and energetic Collie X Dutch Herder with a heart full of love and enthusiasm. While he may appear a bit nervous and shy in his kennel, don’t let that fool you. Once outside, Rolo transforms into a lively, playful companion.

Rolo’s favourite activity is playing with toys and balls. His playful spirit is infectious, and he will keep you entertained for hours.

True to his collie roots, Rolo has lots of energy and requires plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Whether its a long walk, a game of fetch, or learning new tricks, Rolo is always ready to join in the fun.

Rolo pulls forward on walks, but he is being Halti trained to help manage his enthusiasm. With consistent training and patience, he’ll become a fantastic walking companion.
Having lived in a home before, Rolo is housetrained and accustomed to being left alone for up to two hours. he is well behaved indoors and enjoys his downtime after a day of activity.

Rolo would thrive in a home that can match his energetic lifestyle. He needs plenty of space to run and play, and an owner who can provide him with the mental and physical enrichment he craves. Due to his high energy levels, we recommend a home with older children who can keep up with his playful nature. Rolo could also potentially live with another dog, given the right introduction and compatibility.

Collie experience is preferred, as Rolo exhibits many traits typical of the breed and will benefit from an owner familiar with their needs and characteristics.
