Hi my name is Suzanna and I’m looking for a home to finally call my own. I’m a bit of a complicated girl with many quirks but with the right boundaries I make a can be a very good girlie indeed. I’m looking to be the only animal in the home with someone who understands my breed/

Suzanna is a fab girl once you respect her boundaries and limitations. She is looking for a home with knowledge of the Shar pei breed as she is very head strong and aloof. She does have some resource guarding issues, mainly over food and valuable items such as her kong etc. She also doesn’t appreciate being over handled, but loves a bum scratch if she invites you to do so.

Suzanna would suit a person on their own who understands the breed and has had previous experience with dogs with guarding tendencies. This girl can be cheeky if she thinks she can be and will sometimes try to intimidate people with a good stare. However when handled correctly, she soon mellows and comes over for a good fuss.

She is muzzle trained for the vets and for when she is being groomed etc as again she isn’t appreciative of this.
