Important Information for Visitors

Further to the government’s most recent guidelines for England, our centres at Birmingham and Wolverhampton are currently closed to the public.

Adoption Appointments

We are continuing to offer appointment only bookings for potential adopters. Please visit our website to see dogs that are currently available for adoption then contact our reception team on the numbers/ emails below. Our team will be able to discuss the dogs with you, send you an application form and arrange an appointment.

If you are already in the process of making arrangements to rehome one of our dogs, a member of our rehoming team will be in touch to discuss this with you.

Boarding and Grooming

We are pleased to advise that our boarding and grooming services have now resumed. Please contact our reception teams on the numbers below to make a booking.

Donations of goods

We are currently unable to accept any more donations of bedding for our dogs, we have been overwhelmed by the kindness of supporters who have donated duvets and blankets for our dogs over recent months and we currently have plenty of reserves. Please do not leave these items outside our gates, we do not have space to store them. Donations of dog food are always welcome. If you would like to drop off any food donations, please ring the buzzer for access and kindly leave your donations in the donation kennel outside reception.

Thank you for your support.

Our team are dedicated to the work they do and continue to provide the care our dogs needs on a daily basis. We are following all official guidance to continue to minimise risk and ensure the safety of our staff.

Emergency Relinquishments

If you need to relinquish a dog, please speak to one of our team on one of the numbers below who will advise you of procedures.
